Mail.app will let you know where you mail is located. The amount of data you are moving will dictate how long you it will take to import. Once you are happy with what you are importing click Continue. If you notice there are things you do not wish you import, uncheck them. Now you can select what you want to Import.

You will want to move the data in any means that is convenient for you. Now the easiest way to move the data over the machines may be to mount the folder containing your data and copying Now you will need to be at your Mac OS X machine. Click Finish when you are ready to move on. Once the import is done it will give a report of what was imported from Outlook. Select Outlook for the type of file you would like to import and click Next. Once you have chosen your material, click Next.
